Billiards: Please enjoy our J.E. Came Company Billiards table from Boston, MA. This is an original slate table over 100 years old. Guests must be 14 or older to use the table.
Breakfast: Breakfast is complimentary and available to all guests from 6:45am until 10:30 am each morning. Located in our 50's Diner, you can make your own waffles (with syrup, strawberries and whipped cream), toasted bagels (with choice of butter, cream cheese and Jelly), cereal, yogurt, assorted fruit cups, muffins and egg and sausage sandwiches. We also offer a breakfast-in-bed package where we can make your breakfast and deliver it ?to your suite (from 8am-10am) for $10 per person.
Bubble Bath, Candles and Lotion: Adventure Suites provides bubble bath, candles and lotions in our gift shop. Be sure not to use any bubble bath, candles or lotions that are not approved by the Inn. No bubble bath is allowed in hot tub suites (Cave, Motorcycle Madness, Night Club and Jungle). Management has the right to charge replacement cost for damaged sheets/furniture due to unauthorized products used in the room.
Cancellation Policy: A fourteen (14) day cancellation policy applies. Cancellations are subject to a $25 cancellation fee for Economy Suites per night (Bed & Breakfast, Suagr Shack & Deserted Island) , a $40 cancellation fee for Deluxe Suites per night (Log Cabin, Dragon's Lair, Love Shack, Victorian Spa and NY Penthouse, Rocket Launcher), a $50 cancellation for Super Suites per night (Motorcycle Madness, Treehouse, Roman Rendezvous, ShowTime, Cave, Owners Quarters, and the Jungle), and a $75 cancellation fee for Galaxy suites per night (Sky Captains Lounge & The Club). The deposit is forfeited by the guest if the cancellation date is less than 14 days from their scheduled arrival date. If a guest cancels more than 14 days in advance of their arrival date and would prefer not to pay the cancellation fee, the hotel can keep their whole deposit on file for a future stay and negate the whole cancellation fee. We reserve the right to cancel a reservation without notice if we become aware of or are notified of any fraud or illegal activity associated with this reservation. Massages require 7 days notice for cancellations. Imperial Status Packages cannot be canceled once names have been embroidered. If you reserve more than one room for the same date, our cancellation policy applies to each room. If you reserve more than 1 room for consecutive dates and cancel more than 14 days out, the higher cancellation fee applies.
Checking In: Check in is anytime after 3pm. Please leave your luggage in the car when you come to check-in. You may park in the front of the building while checking in. Please bring your whole party with you. It is our policy to register you, then we give you a tour of the Hotel and show you some of the rooms that are not occupied at that time. We will then take you to your suite and show you how to use everything in there. Afterwards, you can unload your car and bring it to the parking lot. We do provide a 1pm early check-in (subject to availability) for a fee. Please phone the Front Desk if you would like to request an early check-in. Early Check-ins are not available for Galaxy Suites due to the time it takes to clean and maintain them daily.
Checking Out: Check out is by 11am. Please remember to bring your robes, movie rentals and key to the Front Desk when you check out. ?We do provide a 1pm late check-out (subject to availability) for a fee. Please phone the Front Desk if you would like to request an late check-out. Late check out is not available for Galaxy Suites due to the time required to clean and maintain them. Thank you for staying with us!
Credit card policy: We accept debit and gift cards, but we do require a credit card on file at check-in for incidentals. If you do not have a valid credit card, than a $100 cash deposit is required, returnable at check-out.
Damages and Fees for Excessive Cleaning: If rooms are left with unreasonable messes (i.e Silly string, candle wax, linen stains, bubble bath in hot tubs, graffiti), a cleaning fee will apply. Guests are responsible for any damages they cause while in the room.
Deposit Policy: A one-night deposit or 50% of your reservation is charged at the time of reservation, whichever is greater. All reservations require a credit card. The remaining balance is due at check-in. Add-on packages are charged at time of reservation.
Fire Patio (Outdoor): ?The Meeting Place? We offer an outdoor fire patio overlooking the mountains every night, year round (subject to weather) in the back yard. You are welcome to bring your favorite beverages to the patio. Music is provided as well. S'mores are available for purchase, or feel free to bring your own.
Facebook: Please join our Facebook page to get updates on the latest improvements, specials and announcements from Adventure Suites. Each evening we offer our guests an opportunity to spin our Facebook prize wheel. While you are staying with us, be sure to stay tuned to our page for the opportunity to win a prize and get your photo taken for our Facebook page.
For All Guests All suites include a 2 person Jacuzzi or a hot tub for 4-7 people. Every Suite has a DVD player and we offer thousands of movies to choose from. Billiards are available in the lobby. We offer complimentary cookies and popcorn every night. Our outdoor Fire Patio is lit every night (weather permitting). In the winter every guest can enjoy the snow luge and the Igloo. Summer months we have a horseshoe pit, hammocks and swings overlooking the mountains. There are 5 restaurants and bars walking distance.
Gift Certificates: Gift Certificates are available at the Front Desk or can be arranged over the phone. Gift Certificates purchased as a gift through the Hotel have no expiration date. Gift certificates donated by the hotel have expiration dates. Gift Certificates are not redeemable for cash. Any leftover amount after staying with us will be reimbursed with a gift certificate for that value. Gift Certificates are not transferrable. Gift certificates can be used in our gift shop if they are for a dollar value.
Gift Shop: Our gift shop offers a variety of products including clothing, stuffed animals, games, S'mores, candy, drinks, fresh chocolates, ice cream, bubble bath, candles, romance products, Christmas ornaments, pet gifts and more.
Horseshoe Pit: Enjoy our professional horseshoe game in the back yard during warmer months.
Hours of Operation: TThe Lobby is open from 6:30am until 12am, 7 days a week, 365 days a year. Check-in is anytime after 3pm and check-out is by 11am. Breakfast is from 6:45am-10:30am. Room service is available from 11am-10pm.
Igloo: During months with snow, we have an incredibly fun Igloo in our Front Yard. It is an authentic snow Igloo with music, chairs and lights. Feel free to bring everyone in and enjoy your favorite beverage while experiencing a real New England (rare) Igloo!
Internet: We offer free wireless Internet services as well as a computer in the lobby with Internet.
Movies: Adventure Suites has an impressive collection of thousands of movies FREE for you to choose from. Genres include, scary, romantic comedy, music videos, kids classics, drama, gay & lesbian and more. New movies are added to the collection weekly. Packages: We have a wonderful list of fun packages to offer our guests which will make your stay with us ?off the hook?, including embroidered robes, massages, birthday set-ups, and romantic add-ons. Packages are arranged in your suite before you arrive, unless pre-arranged otherwise. We also offer additional Adventure Packages such as limo rides, skydiving, rock climbing and more. Pet Policy: Up to 3 dogs can stay in our pet friendly suites. There is a fee per dog. Please be sure you are reserving a designated pet friendly suite before you book your room. Please visit our Pet Policy Page for details.

Restaurants:Leave your car parked! There are 4 restaurants and bars walking distance from us: The Local Grocer, offering healthy breakfasts and lunches; The Moat Mt. Smokehouse and Brewery offering yummy lunches and dinners (10% off with your room key); The Cigar Lounge and Hookah Bar serving wine, beer and cigars; Stonehurst Manor offering more formal Dinners. Ask the Front Desk for details and recommendations and to assist with reservations wherever you choose to dine.
Robes: We offer complimentary Adventure Suites Robes for our guests while staying at the inn. Please be sure to request your robes at check-in!
Room Service: The hotel offers pizza and snacks delivered right to your door in about 30 minutes. Room service is available from 11am - 10:30pm. Click here for menu.
Smoking Policy: Adventure Suites is a non-smoking establishment. However each suite has a door that accesses directly outdoors. Our smoking guests may smoke outside of their rooms. Sorry, cigars are not allowed on property, but there is a cigar bar across the street from us!
Skiing: We offer discounted ski tickets to local Alpine ski resorts and we proudly offer free Nordic Skiing right out our back yard!
Sledding: During winter months, we provide sleds and a sledding luge in the backyard. This is fun for kids of all ages. Don?t forget your snow gear.
Tours: We offer free tours to anyone interested in seeing for themselves what our rooms are all about. You may stop in anytime for a tour and we will show you what suites we may have available. The best time to stop in is between 12 noon and 2pm (between check-in and check-out), so that you can see as many suites as possible. We may ask you to take your shoes off in order to go inside a suite if it has been cleaned already, otherwise you are welcome to peek into the suite from the doorway.
Snacks: Each evening we offer complimentary popcorn and home-baked cookies for our guests. Fresh coffee, cocoa and tea are also available.
